Shipping policy
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped as soon as we have received your payment.
– With iDEAL and other direct payment methods, this happens immediately.
– With credit card payments, this may take 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on business days before 15:30 (3:30 PM) = shipped the same day.
Please note: during sales, promotions, or new collection launches, delays may occur.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email, allowing you to easily follow your package.
What if my order does not arrive?
This rarely happens, but if you have not received your package despite a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then contact the carrier and provide an appropriate solution.
Shipping costs
For orders over €75, we do not charge shipping fees for deliveries within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Free pickup and returns in our store are always possible.

Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier and customs processing for international shipments.
Uncollected or refused packages
If a package is not accepted, not collected from a pickup point, or incorrectly addressed and therefore returned, we will charge €5.95 for the return costs incurred.
