We of course hope that you are happy with your order. If you would still like to return something, we are happy to make this as easy as possible for you.

Return costs
Returns are always at your own expense. The return costs will be shown during the return registration in the return portal. You can also return items without printing, so you don’t need to print a return label.
We charge return costs to encourage conscious purchasing and to reduce our collective environmental impact.
Choose your preferred solution
When registering your return, you can choose from the following options:
Store credit / Exchange
Receive your return value as store credit + €5 extra credit. This allows you to easily reorder the correct size, color, or variant yourself.
Return costs are at your own expense. The store credit will be issued once your return has been received and approved by us.
Refund
Receive your return amount back via your original payment method. No extra credit is included.

How do I return my order?

Enter your details and follow the steps in the return portal.
Choose your preferred solution: store credit/exchange or refund.
Pack the items neatly and securely.
Send your return using the selected shipping method.
Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive a confirmation from us.
Return conditions
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to HUSKS with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
Handle the product with care. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for any loss in value.
You will receive the return amount excluding any original shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
Processing your return
We will only issue store credit, a voucher, or a refund after your return shipment has been received and approved by us.
