Maple Leaf Pillow 10Y Edition – 100% baby alpaca – Main Sauvage

In honour of Main Sauvage's 10th anniversary, a selection of iconic designs from previous collections has been re-released. The Maple Leaf Pillow is part of this small, limited anniversary collection and is a special item for the baby or children's room.

The cushion is shaped like a maple leaf and is entirely hand-knitted from 100% baby alpaca wool. Measuring approximately 30 cm, it makes a beautiful decorative accent for a chair, bed, cabinet, or reading corner.

Baby alpaca feels exceptionally soft and naturally possesses hypoallergenic and antibacterial properties. This makes the material pleasant for children with sensitive skin. The cushion complies with European safety standards and is suitable from birth.

10 years of Main Sauvage

With the 10Y Edition, Main Sauvage celebrates ten years of design, craftsmanship, and unique collections. For this anniversary drop, some beloved past designs have been re-released in a limited edition.

Handmade with a special story

Main Sauvage's knitted items are entirely handmade in a fair trade workshop in Bolivia. There, women receive good working conditions and a fair income. This method of production contributes to better living conditions for families and supports children's education.

The baby alpaca wool comes from a spinning mill in the Bolivian Andes that collaborates with small-scale alpaca breeders. Wherever possible, Main Sauvage uses the natural colours of alpaca. Other shades are created with eco-friendly, non-toxic dyes.
