A special story behind every cuddly toy

Main Sauvage's knitted cuddly toys are entirely handmade in a fair trade workshop in Bolivia. There, women receive good working conditions and a fair income. This method of production contributes to better living conditions for families and helps ensure that children can go to school.

The baby alpaca wool comes from a spinning mill in the Bolivian Andes that works with small-scale alpaca breeders. Wherever possible, Main Sauvage uses the natural colors of alpaca. Other colors are made with environmentally friendly, non-toxic dyes.
